Increase in Sales of Tata Motors When Compared to Hyundai India

Due to the facility of availability of cheap credits from banks, and because of the decrement in the global financial crisis, the sales of the cars and motorcycle sales are increasing day by day and the sales of June 2010 rose very sharply.

During the past months, the Hyundai Motor India is the second leading car maker, but the sales of Tata Motors rose in such a way that it has become the second largest car maker in India.

Sales Of Tata Motors: When compared to June 2009, the sales rose by 50% in June of this year. The major sales of company included Indigo and Safari. Exactly speaking, the sales had been increased by 49.05 %. The sales of the last June i.e. 2009 are 45,440 and the sales of June 2010 are 67,730 units.

According to the statement given by the company, the sales of the passenger vehicles in the domestic market are 27, 811 which is 63.22% more when compared to the sales of the last year. There is even a growth in the company exports. The sales of Nano are 7,704 units. Indigo sales increased by 113%. Sumo and Safari sales increased by 9%. Apart from all these sales, the sales of Indica decreased by 12%.

In the domestic market, the sales of commercial vehicles segment increased by 32.52%.Light commercial sales increased by 52%.

Sales Of Hyundai Motor India: The sales of Hyundai Motor India also rose, but the sales when compared to the sales of Tata is very less. During the month of June, 2010 the sales are 27,336 units and and it is 18. 9% increase when compared to last year. The company’s exports decreased due to the contracting demand in the west and it was 22.1% decrease.

Thus tata motors occupied second place when compared to the sales of Hyundai India Motors.

Athletes of Pakistan Suspended for Doping

Some of the sports champions are using illegal ways for doping in order to enhance their performance. This doping makes a negative mark on the sports person as well as on the country for which he/she is hosting.

Recently on August 23rd 2010, athletes of Pakistan were caught during the doping tests conducted by Anti Doping Organization Of Pakistan(ADOP). This occurred while national athletic Championship and during this championship seven male and female athletes were banned.

The athletes were tested with these doping tests and the results of seven male and female athletes were positive. They were using banned steroids and the board had punished them for two years. They were punished at National Training And Coaching. Muhammad Imran, Asif Javed, Muhammad Waseem were among males and Zara razzaq, Nadia Nazeer, Rozeena Shafqat, Shagufta Noreen were among female sprinters.

Out of the eight who are being tested in the championship, seven had appeared for the test and one female did not appear.

Thus, the Athletes of Pakistan have spoiled the image of the country by using the steroids for improving the performance.

Technical Advances in Sports from Past 50 Years

There are constant changes in the growth of technology in sports like every other industry. The highest developed equipments are used in every sense. Technology is also used by the persons those who officiate it. If there is no use of available technology, then it may lead to a state of confusion and second-guessing in the sports events. There are few technical advances in sports from past 50 years such as:

HANS device: The Hans device was invented in the 1980, from then auto racing became safe in all levels. Robert Hubbard, engineering professor, developed the U shaped head restraint device. This device is kept behind the neck of the driver and it is attached to the helmet of the driver. This will save the head of the driver from injury in any crashes or accidents.

Instant replay: Instant replay is the biggest technological advance in any area. CBS sports use the instant replay for the first time at the time of Army vs Navy game in 1962. After wards, slow motion was added to the instant replay in the year of 1965. Freeze frame capability was added by the Ampex HS-100 Camera.

Increase in Credit Card Usage by Small Business Created Numerous Jobs: Keybridge

According to a new research by Keybridge, the usage of credit cards by small-Business is creating many jobs directly or indirectly. This is giving businesses good financial benefits against cash shortages.

As per the study by Keybridge Research, there are many effects of credit cards on small businesses growth and US job creation. It also showed that for every 1 percent rise in business credit card credit availability to small businesses, there is an increase of 0.051 percent in firm employment and there is also increase in firm revenue by 0.14 percent.

According to the study findings, it was found that the increase of credit card lending to small businesses from 2003 to 2008 has tremendously contributed for the creation of 1.6 million US jobs. There was direct contribution for creation of 592,000 small-Business jobs. There were also 1.0 million jobs which were created additionally throughout the US economy.

It was also figured out that the cumulative increase in the US economy of around $142 billion on an annual basis is equal to about 1 quarter percentage point of total US Gross Domestic Product which resulted in increase of credit card lending to small businesses from 2003 to 2008.

Finally, the Keybridged study identified that there was a positive relationship between increase in issue of credit and small-Business employment and revenue.

Gloves or Mittens Sales in US: 2007 to 2009

A glove is a garment used to cover hand. For each finger gloves have separate opening or coverings for each finger and for the thumb. Fingerless gloves have an opening, but no covering sheath for each finger. Gauntlets are fingerless gloves with one large opening instead of individual openings for each finger. Entire hand is covered by Mittens but these don’t have separate finger openings or sheaths. Though mittens and gloves are made with same material, but mittens are warmer than gloves because fingers can maintain their warmth better when they are together.

Gloves are the part of dress accessories. $6 is the average unit sale price. Knit gloves are better than leather and fabric glove styles. Shiny and space dyed yarns and other novelty yarns are popular knit gloves.

A niche fashion item is short leather driving and riding gloves. 35 percent of the sales done by age group 35 to 54 of customers. 44 percent of the sales of gloves were for the gifts for others. Sales of gloves in 2007 were 383.4 million dollars and in 2008 were 462.7 million dollars and 448 million dollars in 2009.
